Low Lying Placenta

I just had a growth u/s this afternoon and after the u/s tech was finished she called the dr to come in and check on me. He came in and told me that I have a low lying placenta. He said that my OB would definitely be keeping an eye on this and I'll definitely have more growth u/s to see how it progresses. The results should be submitted to him this afternoon so I'm going to call him tomorrow to discuss this. The baby is looking very good and is a little on the larger side. He weighs 2 lbs and is in the 82% percentile. Johnny was always in the 50% percentile so it will be interesting to see how much bigger will he be than Johnny.
