Another week has gone by and I honestly can't believe how fast time flies. It just feels like the other day, it was the beginning of summer, and fall is almost here. But I'm extremely happy because Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love the feel of that cool breeze on a sunny day, and no more humidity! The weather is still warm, but at night you start needing a coat or a sweater. I love chestnuts, and they only come in the fall. I love to drive up to Maine and see the foliage. Fall is also John's birthday and our wedding anniversary. I absolutely love the Fall!!!
I had a great Labor Day weekend. We called it "my birthday weekend." John and I went to Nantucket and had a great time. We rented a moped and drove around the whole island. We saw all the beautiful homes, the beautiful scenery, and the beautiful beaches. We had a nice lunch and dinner. It was definitely another memory for us.
So this week I think I might of O'ed. I definitely had all the signs; fertile cm, and O pains. I guess I'll have to wait and see if AF does show up in two weeks from now. If I did O, that means that my cycle will be approximately 35 days. Do you know how long it's been since I've had a regular period? 14 months, over a year! If this is true, a regular period, I couldn't be happier. Perhaps my body is recovering? Getting normal again?
In the meantime, while we are not TTC, I have changed some of my habits. I have cut back on caffeine quite a bit. I still have my cup of regular coffee on the weekends with John, but that's it. Mon-Fri consists of decaf coffee. I also have cut back on alcohol, with the exception of an occasional glass of wine or so on weekends. I'm still faithful to my gym and I continue to workout 5 times a week. After having two miscarriages and irregular cycles for a year now, I feel like I'll do what I can to see if my body will become regular. I guess I'll just have to wait two weeks to see.

It sounds like you are doing some great things and hopefully it will help you regulate and be healthier all around.
Congrats on the short cycle! I hope you O'd over the weekend and that you have a 35 day cycle.
I love the fall, too. I just wish that winter didnt come after it!
I think you're doing great things to take care of your body and I really believe those things help overall fertility. Keep it up, it will be worth it! :)
